We are recruiting for a Planned Preventative Maintenance Administrator to join us here at Octavius.
We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
You’ll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
As a Planned Preventative Maintenance Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the PPM Coordinators and Manager with the day-to-day administration of our maintenance contracts. You’ll help ensure we meet our statutory obligations and Network Rail requirements, contributing to the smooth execution of planned maintenance schedules and the development of a new asset management system. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our maintenance operations.
You’ll work with… (because relationships are important)
A team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across a variety of frameworks with clients such as Network Rail. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, direct labour, and our subcontractor supply chain to ensure maintenance works are completed to programme and in line with SFG20 standards.
