SKILLS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited school.
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical craftsperson.
  • Ability to lead, advocate, and drive compliance and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, & SharePoint)
  • Ability to read prints (P&IDs, Electrical Drawings, Equipment Parts Drawings).
  • Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) concepts.
  • Must possess an understanding of the function and workings of utility and process equipment and systems, repairs, maintenance, construction, and awareness of energy sources and hazards within a chemical facility.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the job: planning, reviewing, and completing paperwork, including resource identification (manpower, tools, equipment, parts).
  • Good organizational techniques in order to deal with the large volume of work, complexity of jobs, and limited resources available periodically.
Responsibilities

The Planned Preventative Maintenance Coordinator is responsible of providing input and direction into the development and execution of the maintenance strategy on those issues dealing with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). The Planned Preventative Maintenance Coordinator will own and manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with respect to PPM.
