As a member of the Transport Team, you will be working in a varied role, primarily focused on Transport planning, admin duties and the loading of vehicles.
You will also assist in the day to day running of the Transport Office.
The working schedule will be: 12 noon to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 12noon to 7pm (Friday), scheduled overtime is required on Saturday 8am to 1pm, on a 1 in 5 weeks From 12pm - 4pm work will be undertaken in the office working with the Transport Manager and Transport Assistant, primarily planning but also covering other admin duties during absence/holiday etc.
4pm - 8pm (7pm Friday) working in the warehouse with the late loader to ensure all frames/anciles/extras are loaded correctly, and all screens are checked to ensure completion.

Required Qualities -
· Experience of general road haulage and planning is essential.
· Be able to work effectively in a close team.
· Physically fit and able to lift and carry window frames and glass.
· Be able to make decisions under pressure, and to a tight timescale.
· Experience of organising outbound and return loads.
· Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak periods during the year.
· PC Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook.
