Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

• Participation in new construction projects and buildings in the existing building
• Design, approval and execution planning of construction projects
• Planning and coordination of construction work
• Communication with our project partners

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

• Successfully completed studies (Uni/TU/FH) in the field of architecture/interior architecture
• Work experience is desirable
• Wide-ranging interest in all planning areas and joy in working in a team
• Distinctive creative competence
• Good knowledge of VOB, occupational safety and environmental regulations, technical regulations and DIN/ISO regulations
• Entrepreneurial thinking and organizational talent
• Joy in communicating and interacting with people
• Prior knowledge of Autodesk Revit is desirable
