As a Planner Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of an exciting infrastructure project in Dublin, based at an airport. Join our dynamic team and make a difference!
The Planner Assistant will support the development, maintenance, and tracking of the master project schedule. Working closely with the Planning Manager and cross-functional project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate scheduling, monitoring progress, and identifying potential delays. The role holder will have experience in the construction industry, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of complex projects while gaining valuable experience in project planning using Primavera P6.

Maintain and update the project schedule using Primavera P6 in alignment with the contracted scope and project deliverables.
Prepare detailed look-ahead schedules to support construction planning and execution.
Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect current status, identify deviations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Work closely with site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to collect accurate planning data and drive schedule accountability.
Collaborate with the wider project team to support decision-making and planning needs.
Communicate key milestones, schedule updates, and critical path changes clearly to the team.
Prepare and issue periodic planning reports, including progress updates and performance metrics.
Additional duties associated with the role as determined by management.
