JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations within our rapidly growing project. The Planner will coordinate materials, work closely with engineers, planners, and warehouse teams, and support the production schedule.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in planning and inventory management systems, particularly SAP or similar.
  • Proficiency in mid-level Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Strong data analysis skills to review stock levels and order requirements.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to rapid changes.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • One year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
  • Highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Flexible educational background with relevant experience preferred.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.
  • Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.
  • Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
  • Execute a variety of purchase order in-stock and vendor-related systems and reports.
  • Deliver completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams directly and support Kanban processes.
  • Utilize the Jira system to pre-emptively backfill kits to ensure continuous workflow.
  • Carry and inspect full kits of products for specific work orders.
  • Identify assemblies based on labels and other identifiers.
