Job Description
The Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution of inventory management and production processes. This position is integral to maintaining productivity and meeting demand by managing inventory needs and coordinating purchase orders. The Planner will also deliver completed kits to production spaces and work closely with warehouse teams to implement Kanban processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring data accuracy for tools and processes.
  • Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand.
  • Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
  • Execute on various purchase order in-stock and vendor-related systems and reports.
  • Deliver completed kits to production spaces for seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams and help manage transfers and shortages.
  • Inspect and carry full kits of products to the floor for work orders.
  • Quickly identify assemblies based on labels and ensure pipeline readiness.

Essential Skills

  • No less than 3 years of planning experience, particularly with inventory management systems like SAP.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, index matching, and VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to analyze data to ensure stock levels and order needs.
  • Comfortable with business software and highly organized.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Adaptability to work in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • Relevant experience may substitute for a formal degree.

Work Environment
This position requires 100% onsite work with three shift options available. The shifts include Wed-Sat from 4pm to 2:30am. Training will be conducted in Redmond, WA, typically starting around 1pm. Flexibility is required as there may be occasions to work in either Redmond, WA or Kirkland, WA. The role is within a warehouse setting and involves a balance of computer-based tasks and physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, stooping, and twisting throughout the shift.
