Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at a key point of growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless scheduling of orders and production, supporting supply chain efficiency and continuity. You’ll work closely with internal departments to meet customer demands, monitor material flow, and help drive cost-saving initiatives through improved processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with forecasting, planning, and scheduling of production and store picks
  • Help determine labour, equipment, and material requirements based on production needs
  • Coordinate daily production schedules and issue picking tasks
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate across departments to meet business requirements
  • Procure small parts and consumables to ensure timely availability
  • Track job/order progress and escalate any delays to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide regular product status updates to internal teams
  • Foster positive working relationships across Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams
  • Recommend process improvements to meet DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) and QC (Quality Control) goals
  • Generate reports and manage data relevant to supply chain activities
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the department
