Description
As a Planner Buyer Lead, you'll support the Materials Manager and lead efforts to optimize planning and procurement processes. As a Planner Buyer Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring production continuity, mentoring others, and shaping best practices in materials planning and procurement. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to lead initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning Develop and maintain mid- to long-term material plans aligned with production goals Analyze demand trends and supply risks to proactively address potential disruptions Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance supply chain resilience and efficiency Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in planning and procurement within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of ERP systems and material planning processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Experience with Oracle, Intuiflow, KBB, and PowerBI Familiarity with Lean principles and FBS tools Proven ability to lead small projects and influence process improvements
