Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Planner, you’ll be at the heart of our project success, from tender to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing Tender and Contract Programmes using Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with planning standards and contract requirements.
  • Collaborating with Operations and Bid Teams to establish construction methods, sequencing, and outputs for civils projects.
  • Identifying planning scope, constraints, and major quantities to create robust programmes.
  • Producing planning deliverables, including programmes, reports, and presentations.
  • Applying resource levelling techniques and reconciling plant, labour, and materials.
  • Interfacing with third parties to resolve issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Supporting BIM Coordinators and setting up lean visual programmes to boost project performance and safety.
