Job Responsibilities * Production planning for assigned products. Communicate requirements (forecast & orders) to Contract Manufactures, schedule according to business priorities, understand and work to break constraints, and provide various reporting functions on production schedules and output * Host meeting to review Constraint, Risk and Opportunity of Manufacturing plan with CM's team. * Have detailed understanding of production constraints and work cross-functionally with CM and other Coherent resources to resolve (product engineering, IE, SCM, …) * Host Monthly S&OP review for long term capacity plan with CM's team. * Track Revenue for multiple product lines on a weekly basis. * Track and monitoring change of Demand and Supply, escalate to Planning Manager. * Review system MRP, generate PO and update schedule. * Improve OTI/OTIP Job Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or Engineer fields (Supply Chain or related field is preferred) * More than 2years experience (In Electronic Industrial is preferred) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience * Good command of English both verbal and written. * Proficiency in Excel/Power BI and Access. * Oracle experience preferred Culture Commitment Ensure adherence to company’s values (ICARE) in all aspects of your position at Coherent Corp.: Integrity – Create an Environment of Trust Collaboration – Innovate Through the Sharing of Ideas Accountability – Own the Process and the Outcome Respect – Recognize the Value in Everyone Enthusiasm – Find a Sense of Purpose in Work Coherent Corp. is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
