Job Description Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects. Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices. Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients. Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays. Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management. Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor’s programme. Qualifications Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects. Data Center projects are highly desirable Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6. Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred. Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes.
