The purpose of this role is to administer the process bookings and plan capacity utilization to achieve the optimum utilization of the available ACS capacity on the DHL flown and trucking network. Work Location: Chek Lap Kok How will you contribute to the success of DHL? Understands the customer needs and ensures execution of the contractual agreements with customers in regards to capacity access and prioritization of the product on the network Optimization of flight load planning Process bookings and plan capacity utilization to achieve the optimum utilization of the available ACS capacity on the DHL flown and trucking network Ensures that the available tools/systems are used, as prescribed in order to maximize sales opportunities and space optimization NPG/NCG to assist in the maximization of flights and routing requirements H&G to execute operational requirements AIRSIDE to check load ability ROADOPS to arrange trucking ACS duty managers and commercial management Process booking requests from customers & agents Be part of a central point of day-to-day capacity management related issues Motivated team player, shares best practices and supports other team members to achieve ACS goals and objectives Do you have what it takes? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification Fluent in English, written & spoken. (Other languages a benefit) Less than 2 years years experience Extensive knowledge of the DHL products and processes including aircraft and truck specifications Ability to work effectively under pressure Strong customer service orientation Strong diplomacy and persuasion ability Flexible in working hours and ability to adjust to changes Team worker 3D thinking Successful completion of 6-month training/trial period is required Experience in the cargo aircraft industry and knowledge of aircraft configurations and equipment/contours is a benefit Cargo related degree is a bonus but work experience equivalent is also a plus Excellent computer skills DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
