ABOUT THE ROLE We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and experienced Planner to join our incredible Factorie team. You will enable our vision by supporting your team to provide planning and analysis of sales performance and stock/purchasing control that will ensure we are maximising sales and identifying any opportunities. As a people leader, you will guide, develop, and motivate your team to deliver high‑quality insights and effective planning outcomes, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. You will support your Planning and Buying teams, as well as our key stakeholders and suppliers by analysing historical data to predict future sales and will assist in managing stock accuracy, flow and volume to ensure the profitability of the brand. You’ll play a pivotal role in coaching your team to apply strategic and analytical thinking, ensuring they have the capability, clarity, and confidence to drive strong commercial decisions.
