What do you get to do in this position •Insure needs / resources balance (MRP,..) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products by managing the customer’s needs (customer order + CCMP'S) and the replenishment backlog. -Coordinate Queue Management and/or Production scheduling. -Insures products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages •Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, .. ) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products •Manage the customer needs coming from the CCC’s through the Customer Claim Management Process •Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders) •Coordinate Queue Management and/or Production scheduling. •Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product •Daily action regarding MRP messages (SAP example: MD07) and escalate when repeatable issues •Actively participate to SIM cycle 2 •Support stock discrepancies analysis and support adjustments.
