Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the logistics field with professional experience
• Proficient use of SAP, transport management systems (e.g. SAP-LEO, Transporeon) and MS Office skills
• Analytical thinking skills, organizational talent & initiative
• Strong communication skills and overview – even in complex situations

Your tasks:

• Planning efficient tours including route optimization and transport availability
• Close coordination with tour management, warehouse & external service providers to ensure the required freight space.
• Handling of backorders, delivery delays and complaints
• Analysis of plan/actual deviations as well as evaluation and creation of reports and key performance indicators for the continuous improvement of delivery quality

Other things you should know:

We would like to fill this position starting October 1, 2026. It requires an office presence in Berlin three days a week and a willingness to travel up to 25%, for example, for training courses.
