For more information on Hill, please visit our website at www.hillintl.com General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive, detailed project schedules and baseline programs using industry-standard software, primarily Primavera P6 Monitor actual project progress against the established baseline, identify deviations or delays, and propose effective mitigation or recovery strategies. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, procurement, contractors, and cost management teams, to ensure alignment of timelines and deliverables. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and DMT stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and resolve interface issues. Identify potential schedule risks, assess their impacts, and support the preparation or analysis of extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analyses. Regular visits to project sites to validate whether the progress of work on site is following approved schedules, major milestones have been met and report deficiencies. Review all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as submitted by contractor or consultant and report any deficiency or non-compliance. Attend weekly progress meeting and monthly Executive meetings and participate in preparing the agenda. Reviews the commissioning plans as submitted by the contractor and ensures compliance with the approved Baseline schedule. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or construction management – or relevant industry experience Relevant certifications such as PMP are preferred. A qualified Engineer with a minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in planning works. Must have prior UAE region experience Must be fully conversant with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, etc. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and interdependencies in civil infrastructure works (roads, utilities, water networks, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
