WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You’ll take ownership of all planned work, coordinating the job from receipt through to job completion whilst owning the priority of the work, constructing the correct resource to site in a logical and safe manner.
We’ll need you to plan orders within the client SLA’s whilst optimising travel time and increasing team productivity and ensure the highest level of service is delivered to both external and internal customers, giving excellent customer satisfaction every time.
You’ll use the client systems real time, assigning work on time and ensuring all operations are created, assigned, and recorded and will provide positive input into the team, providing challenge in a constructive way and solutions to issues.
