In this role, you will support the Strategic Planning Team on the Ontario Line—Metrolinx’s transformative rapid transit project. As part of the integrated Delivery Partner team, you’ll help analyze project schedules, identify future risks, and develop mitigation strategies to support senior management decision-making. The Ontario Line includes the design, build, operations, and maintenance of over 15 km of new alignment and 15 stations, delivered through three major PPP contractors and multiple early works packages. This is your opportunity to contribute to one of Canada’s most significant infrastructure projects while championing diversity and inclusion. Join us in this full time permanent role and be a champion of diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities Support program-level schedule development and apply scheduling policies and standards. Review contractor schedules for compliance and ensure integration across major contractors. Collect, verify, and integrate work scopes into the total project plan. Review scope representation in schedules and establish conceptual scope for schedule studies. Analyze scope, quantities, and productivity; validate labor estimates and productivity assumptions. Prepare subject-specific schedules as needed. Provide daily support to the Strategic Planning team with schedule extracts and analysis. Support the development of scheduling standards and maintain historical schedule data. Monitor and report on critical path and overall schedule performance. Ensure consistency across reports and issue required project schedule documentation. Coordinate inputs for schedule studies and evaluate results for team consideration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with 8+ years of experience. Equivalent project controls experience may be considered. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required. Strong analytical and computer skills. Preferred: Experience managing heavy civil and rail projects.
