WE’RE HIRING: DAILY PRODUCTION PLANNER

On-Site | Full-Time | Metal Fabrication Environment
Are you looking for a place to grow and make a real impact in manufacturing? AES (Advanced Exhaust Solutions) is seeking a Daily Production Planner to help us keep production flowing and customers satisfied.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and release daily production schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and shop capacity.
  • Walk the floor to monitor progress and ensure jobs stay on track with customer timelines.
  • Adjust plans in real time when unexpected issues arise, communicating changes clearly.
  • Manage work orders in our ERP system to keep data accurate and current.
  • Coordinate materials with purchasing to avoid delays.
  • Report daily production performance to highlight wins and identify bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to align priorities.
  • Look for ways to improve scheduling efficiency and shop floor flow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in production planning, scheduling, or coordination within metal fabrication or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of processes like cutting, welding, machining, and assembly.
  • Experience using Global Shop Solutions ERP or similar systems.
  • Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Lean Manufacturing, Advanced Planning & Scheduling tools, or ERP implementation.
