Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Planner, you’ll work closely with Senior Planners, Project Managers, and Engineering teams to develop, maintain, and optimise project schedules across multiple phases. From procurement and construction through to commissioning, you’ll ensure that timelines are realistic, risks are managed, and programmes stay on track.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Track progress against milestones, identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
  • Integrate supplier and subcontractor schedules into master programmes.
  • Produce clear, accurate reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to risk workshops, programme reviews, and planning sessions.
  • Support the standardisation of planning processes across projects.
