With Brisbane River as the borderline, our jobs are allocated in two regions. The north side, from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane, and the south side, from Brisbane, down to the Gold Coast. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely coordination of goods and services, driving the success of our daily operations and projects. As a Planner or Scheduler, your responsibilities will include: Interpreting documentation and information to ensure clarity and precision. Communicating effectively with glaziers about job requirements & customer expectations Keeping customers informed with timely updates on lead times. Coordinating glazing resources including with 3rd party service providers when required Maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Supporting team members in various tasks as needed We’re looking for candidates who are: Flexible and available to work set hours, Monday to Friday. Team players who are genuine and customer-focused. Skilled in managing customer expectations with strong communication abilities. Proficient in providing written correspondence and comfortable with technology. Adaptable to changing priorities and challenges. Experience with Simpro or planning systems is a plus.
