Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical PMO Planner to join our growing controls & performance team in London, aiding in the delivery of major programmes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, monitoring, and controlling large-scale real estate development projects. Key responsibilites:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for major real estate programmes
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress
  • Implement and maintain PMO best practices, methodologies, and tools across all projects
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders
  • Facilitate resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support the development and implementation of project management processes and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on project planning and PMO practices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in PMO or project planning roles, preferably in real estate or construction
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred; PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in risk management, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate development and construction project management processes
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in property management is beneficial
