YOUR MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check and maintain the PEP and align with the Site Project Manager and Global Procurement Project Planner
  • Evaluate the forecast of team needs on an 18-month horizon and make requests to the Global PPM for available resources
  • Monitor the current progress of the project and adjust the PEP, anticipating overlaps and put in place counter measures in collaboration with the project team

  • Send progress report to Global PPM
  • Update on a daily or weekly basis dashboards
  • Act appropriately and in a timely manner to avoid large consequential losses, such as team waiting times, or failure to meet deadlines with penalty clauses
