Responsibilities

Planner – REF: 2515
The Planner will work with Fingleton White’s with project delivery teams across all areas of our business.

Some of the responsibilities for the role are as follows:

  • Co-ordination with project teams to determine legislative requirements for new projects such as requirements for Planning, Fire Safety Certificate, Disability Access Certificate, consents, BCAR etc.
  • Environmental screening and co-ordination of further inputs such as engineers reports and 3 party assessments.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Obtaining consents
  • Planning process including pre-planning, application, response to RFIs and addressing any objections or appeals.
  • Management of FW processes, templates, and training within the area of legislative compliance

The successful applicant will receive, in parallel to project work, guidance & training to familiarise them with our company’s approach to Legislative Compliance.
The location for this role will be in our Galway office, however we will also consider applications for our Portlaoise office.
