QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

We know great planners come from diverse backgrounds. If you’re curious, collaborative, and driven to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in maintenance planning or a related field
  • Experience with SAP (maintenance tactics, master data)
  • Strong organisational and forward-planning skills
  • Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A genuine commitment to safety and teamwork
Responsibilities
  • Lead long-term (3 months – 5 years) maintenance planning for major infrastructure assets
  • Develop and optimise strategies for tanks, compressors, pressure vessels, nitrogen plants, and more
  • Collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and leaders to deliver safe, efficient solutions
  • Drive improvement initiatives that spark innovation, reduce costs, and create smarter ways of working
  • Support the shift from reactive to planned maintenance, building resilience and reliability
