JOB DESCRIPTION:

JET FLOW UK based in London SE26 5BW is looking for a Planner/Scheduler to join our team - this position will be responsible for scheduling in Reactive and Planned repairs.
You will be supporting commercial and domestic clients and residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across a radius . You will join our Resource and Dispatch Team which ensures works orders are scheduled and allocated to operatives through our booking system; Big Change.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to be proactive and work in a fast paced environment, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Scheduling/Diary Management in the industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple task simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • STRONG Geographical knowledge

Experience:

  • Planner/Scheduler: 2 years (required
Responsibilities
  • First point of contact - answering inbound and outbound calls and dealing with enquiries.
  • Managing 2 Inboxes.
  • Checking all portals throughout the day, ensure jobs are not missed and keeping to SLAs.
  • Planning and scheduling works for operatives as well as daily emergency and reactive work.
  • Communicating effectively with the team, management and colleagues to aid smooth running of department
  • Providing excellent customer service to both residents and clients.
  • Booking all repairs/ appointments before arranging appropriate resource.
  • Data input / raising works orders.
  • Meeting KPIs
  • Preparing and maintaining operational reports, sending these out to clients to meet deadlines.
  • Dealing with operative’s enquiries.
  • Letter formatting to prompt urgency or works in need of scheduling.
  • Liaising with engineers ensuring that they have all relevant information and materials to carry out repairs.
  • Working with other members of the team to assist in smooth running of operations.
  • Following GDPR Guidelines and protecting personal data.
  • Supporting company values.
  • ADHOC duties.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
