QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution experience is essential.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in project control, cost control, and scheduling in construction.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project, including integration with cost control platforms (P6 certification ideal).
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead planning sessions and influence outcomes.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring junior schedulers and planners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with commercial acumen and client interface experience.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain the project Baseline Schedule and Basis of Schedule document.
  • Establish and manage the project schedule for construction and pre-commissioning phases, ensuring activities are updated accurately and regularly.
  • Lead planning sessions with internal teams, vendors, and third parties to validate schedule logic and collect progress data.
  • Apply resource loading for establishing optimal crew and staffing plans.
  • Ensure all schedule activities are aligned with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) with project controls systems for progress tracking and forecasting.
  • Identify and maintain the project’s critical and near-critical paths, continuously analyzing schedule health and reporting key metrics.
  • Incorporate scope changes, trends, and delays into the schedule, evaluating impacts and supporting mitigation and recovery planning.
  • Support project reporting by providing schedule updates and variance analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
