Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Campaign Maintenance Project Planner/Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance projects within our oil and gas operations. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive maintenance schedules, allocate resources effectively, and optimize project timelines. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the smooth execution of maintenance campaigns, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within the oil and gas industry, preferably in maintenance campaigns with a Mechanical or Electrical background.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and SAP
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address project-related challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in project planning and scheduling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to oil and gas maintenance operations is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for oil and gas maintenance campaigns, incorporating all relevant tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to gather project requirements and establish realistic timelines and resource allocations.
  3. Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks, proactively addressing issues to ensure project timelines are met.
