UGL Utilities Operations & Maintenance business is a trusted provider of essential services across power, water, and gas sectors. Working with a great collaborative team based in Tullamarine, this role will be responsible for the optimisation of the Delivery Works Program in our overhead power distribution works. Key responsibilities Prepares works to Works Dispatch via FSM for field execution with Health and Safety and compliance as a number one priority, issue scheduled work orders with Work Packs to crews via FSM Adopts a financial and commercial focus that makes risk-based decisions in developing a Works Program that achieves the best outcome for the business and client. Ensure effective alignment of works into the program to achieve efficient delivery in accordance with policy, financial, asset downtime, travel optimisation and target delivery timeframes Support Works Management in the development of capacity forecasting through the aid of FSM and other planning tools Actions and resolves scheduling issues as required and ensures close out activities are completed in a timely manner Work with Delivery Manager and Planners to determine resource availability (leave, training etc) and ensure work matches work force levels in FSM. Actively participate in scheduling meeting with clients and partners to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times. Provide support interface with the clients ERP and other systems to obtain Service Order and associated details for planning and delivery to be FSM work ready.
