SUMMARY

We are seeking a Planner to join our dynamic team at Style South to work alongside our current Planner in a busy and faced paced growing Service department. Based in Great Britain, this role is pivotal in managing project timelines and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. The Planner will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality partition solutions to our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good PC skills including Microsoft Office and other IT packages ad solutions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in pressurised environment to precise deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, listening, oral & written
  • Excellent time management.

Responsibilities
  • Effective liaison with internal & external customers.
  • Interface with customers to book in upcoming repair, service and ECO works.
  • Planning engineer diaries and programme.
  • Excellent customer service at all times.
  • Assist in product purchasing for any repair works if needed.
  • Creating purchase orders for any plant requirements on site works.
  • Ensure for all works booked that RAMS are issued to customer.
  • Daily calls to engineer teams to discuss todays work and tomorrows upcoming work.
  • Daily courtesy call to tomorrow’s customers to remind them of upcoming booking.
  • Receiving and processing incoming engineer worksheets daily.
  • Develop knowledge and build a rapport about each customer’s business and requirements.
  • Sign off any invoices for plant purchase orders you have issued.
  • Book any flights, ferries and hire cars for engineers working away.
  • Send engineers parts prior to repair works.
  • Update goods ready/goods out tracker.
  • Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives. Coordinate, analyse and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
  • Effective communication with manufacturing partners.
