Familiarity with Kenyan construction codes, approval processes, and local authority regulations. Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and within multidisciplinary project teams. Preferred Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., EBK, IQSK, ICPAK).
