QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

ExperienceRequirements:

  • College degree
  • 2-5 years in fast paced Retail environment (Buying, Planning, Replenishment, Business Analysis)
  • Apparel and/or Walmart experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Walmart ToolsPlatforms - Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, etc

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Effective communication across all levels of an organization
  • Strong critical thinking to resolve issues
  • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative

Travel: Minimal
Working Conditions: Hybrid work schedule.

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time
  • Lifting sample boxes up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, and walk up to 8 hours/day

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of all aspects of category management (planning/replenishment/operations)
  • ReportingWeekly Analysis
  • Create, implement, and maintain all weekly sales reports
  • Buyer Reports, Daily Sales, Ladder Plans, In Stock, etc.
  • Thoroughly analyze data (style, size, store level, etc), provide actionable insights to minimize risk and maximize opportunities
  • Analyze and suggest opportunities for growth, recommendations for improvement/change
  • Responsible for strategies to manage programs to achieve/exceed expectations
  • Responsible for writing weekly replenishment orders to maximize sales, meet or exceed in stock expectations and limit inventory liability
  • Identifying topbottom door performance
  • End of Season Correction of Errors
  • Ad hoc reportsprojects as needed
  • Item Set UpMaintenance
  • Own the item set up process, inclusive of any in season business updates
  • Maintain accurate records of program agreements, pricing, item/order status, etc.
  • Orders
  • Analysis of buys
  • Ensure data accuracy on all POs
  • Monitor PO’sshipping status and address supply chain issues, discrepancies, and delays
  • Manage 3rd party partnership
  • Support all customer needs and requests in a timely manner
