REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
  • Prefer minimum 2 years of relevant working experience or newly graduate with enthusiastic to take up the challenge
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good analysis skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Independent and proactive
  • Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Good team player and able to complete task assigned in shortest timeline
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice is preferred
  • SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage
    Compliance with RBA standard

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets.
  • Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
