Responsibilities

Desktop Surveys

  • Review and assess proposed locations using online tools to determine access requirements.
  • Gather and compile relevant site information to support field crews.

Scheduling/Routing

  • Plan out each crews work for the week taking into account all information captured at the desktop survey stage, for up to 6 crews each week.
  • Identify and request necessary stock to ensure teams have the required resources.
  • Communicate planned work with clients and coordinate joint site visits when needed.
  • Contact customers on private properties to arrange appointments.
  • Liaising with Traffic Management providers where necessary to request quotes, plans and permits.
  • Open and close Traffic Management permits to ensure regulatory compliance and avoid penalties.

Data Collection and Reporting

  • Monitor visit outcomes, reschedule any aborted visits, and update project timelines.
  • Provide accurate reports on visit success rates, planned vs. actual work, and overall project status status to the PMO manager each week.
