We’re seeking a Planning Administrator to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Long term resource planning - maintain staff rosters, schedule training and manage leave
  • Updating various IT systems, used for payroll and resource planning
  • Generate daily reports for site managers, and upload new employees on to the payroll system
  • Work through a shared inbox - responding to queries and dealing with requests
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and agencies face to face, as well as by phone and email
