This role leverages data analysis, forecasting tools, and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the supply chain. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.") Analyze historical data, market trends, and business inputs to develop accurate demand forecasts. Support supply and production planning by identifying capacity constraints and recommending adjustments. Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and excess. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to align plans and resolve issues. Maintain planning models and tools, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate planning performance, forecast accuracy, and key metrics. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and responsiveness. Assist in scenario planning and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making. Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings and contribute to cross-functional planning efforts. Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful platform operation, development, and business continuity. Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s). Possess a valid U.S. Driver's License. Employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy. Daily in-person, predictable attendance. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field required. 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, or data analysis required. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems preferred. APICS or other supply chain certification is a plus. While in the office, the Planning Analyst may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, the Planning Analyst should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently.
