Job Description Objectives of this role Implement Documentation Management within the Project organization (management & review of all stakeholder documents). Maintain complete Project Documentation and monitor the Documentation Life Cycle for all the T&T Document List. Support the Project/Program Manager for the relevant Project/Program schedule requirements. Proactive role in the Project / Program in terms of implementation of project planning management system. Accountable that the Project Documentation & schedule is properly archived in online. Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to gather project specifications and requirements. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Prepare and present monthly/ weekly project status reports to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and issues related to project schedules and suggest mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil / electrical / mechanical or related field. 3-10+ years of experience in project planning within the interior fit-out industry. Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes & activities Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management software such as MS Project.
