Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 岗位概述本岗位以PFEP及物料流优化为核心方向，负责仓储布局设计、物料补给路径优化及物流自动化项目推进。同时，该岗位需承担一定的全链路库存规划与控制职责，通过数据分析和系统优化，提升库存周转效率，降低库存成本，并保障供应稳定性。该岗位将通过推动智能化供应链建设与数字化分析能力提升，持续优化仓储与库存管理绩效，支撑业务发展需求。主要职责一、PFEP与物流/物料流优化 • 负责仓库布局及存储方案优化设计，提升仓储空间利用率与作业效率 • 规划并优化物料补给路径与配送模式，确保生产物料高效供给 • 主导建立与维护PFEP体系（逐件物料规划），实现物料存储、补给与流转标准化 • 推动精益物流（Lean Logistics）实践，减少搬运浪费与流程冗余二、库存规划与控制 • 参与制定并优化原材料、半成品及成品库存策略与安全库存水平 • 基于系统数据（如CBS/SAP/WMS）进行端到端库存分析，识别改善机会 • 推动库存优化： o 降低库存占用及呆滞风险 o 提高库存周转率 o 防止缺料导致生产中断 • 支持生产及业务需求变化，提升供应链响应速度三、数据分析与持续改进 • 利用数据分析工具（Excel / Power BI等）开展： o 物流效率分析 o 库存结构分析 o 成本优化分析 • 识别供应链优化机会并制定改进方案 • 推动持续改善（CI）及精益管理项目落地四、跨部门协同与供应链整合 • 与采购、生产、物流等团队紧密协作，解决物料与库存相关问题 • 建立与内部/外部合作伙伴的良好协作机制 • 推动供应链端到端协同优化五、系统与流程优化 • 参与或主导物流与库存管理相关系统优化 • 推动数字化工具应用，提高数据透明度与决策效率 • 识别流程瓶颈并实施改进措施任职要求 • 本科及以上学历，物流、供应链、机械、自动化等相关专业优先 • 5年以上PFEP、仓储优化或物料流规划经验 • 具备一定库存管理或库存分析经验更佳 • 有仓储自动化项目经验（AGV、立库等）优先 • 熟悉供应链或仓储管理系统（如SAP/WMS/CBS） • 熟练使用数据分析工具（Excel、Power BI、Power Apps等） • 具备精益管理、持续改善意识 • 良好的跨部门沟通与问题解决能力 • 具备一定英语沟通能力 Posting Dates: 六月 27, 2026 - 六月 29, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
