Description
As a Planning and Logistics Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing, directly managing the team and ensuring the success of the materials management organization and function. Your primary objectives will include optimizing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring accuracy of material inventory to support production schedules.  You will report to the Plant Director, and you’ll work onsite daily out of the Danville, KY location.  In this role, you will impact and improve the value chain planning and execution in the IGS business at the Danville site. Your strategic actions ensure a streamlined and efficient supply chain, minimizing costs and maximizing resource utilization for inventory control. Your ability to optimize inventory levels and support effective procurement strategies directly impacts the company's bottom line by reducing operational expenses and ensuring a constant flow of the right materials to production based upon Oracle inventory control adherence.
