Job Description We are currently seeking a Planning and Scheduling Administrator to join our team in Chinchilla in a full time, permanent role. This role will primarily provide administration support to our Facilities Manager. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, highly organised professional with strong communication skills, who can collaboratively work with various stakeholder in the business. Duties of the role will include: Administration of Quoted Works Process Administration of FMW Submission requirements. Primary contact for Residential HVAC, Plumbers, Electricians and other trade services Monitoring the Generic Inbox’s ensuring escalations are actioned within the required SLA. Actioning all items pertaining to travel SAP correspondence RAPID correspondence Travel requests. General Administration supporting the Planning and Scheduling Team when required.
