The Planning Assistant is in charge of batching incoming sales orders, using ZIFT and routing orders to Production facilities in Ensenada and Kentucky. The Planning Assistant will need a strong eye for detail as well as time management skills.

• Prioritize and batch orders using ZIFT
• Print off, organize, and prioritize pick sheets for material handlers in the Ensenada Manufacturing facility.
• Analyzes and prioritizes workflow based on direction from QA/QC Process Manager
• Keeps production schedule up to date on a frequent basis
• Quickly communicate short noticed production changes, as directed by QA/QC Process Manager
• Ability to problem solve batching and scheduling inconsistencies
