Your Role: Planning Assistant To operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment, working within the planning department to ensure that information is compiled ready for the work to be carried out. Responsibilities: Liaising with customer to ensure a positive customer experience Manage workload to comply with Clients Service Level Agreements Manage NRSWA requirements on individual schemes in order to minimise financial risk and non-compliance Coordination with local authorities Effective liaison with all stakeholders All other duties assigned Qualifications Essential Skills: NRSWA (Awareness) The ability to self-motivate and work within a team Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels Attention to detail Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools The ability to work under pressure to deadlines I.T literate particularly Microsoft Office and Excel Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Team player, but also comfortable working alone Understands the need for respect, sensitivity and discretion in a public facing role Some flexibility of working hours may be required Self-Motivated, enthusiastic and calm under pressure Additional Information DBS Check Required: No Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
