JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in urban planning and design, with proficiency in various software tools essential for project development. This role involves collaborating with clients to develop effective planning strategies, conducting data analysis, and producing comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in CAD software, including but not limited to AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong skills in SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and ArcGIS.
• Excellent project management capabilities with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
• Solid data analysis skills to assess information critically and make informed recommendations.
• Strong report writing abilities to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• A background in construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
