The Team Freeths LLP Planning and Environment Group is a truly multi-disciplinary team comprising planning lawyers, environmental lawyers and planning consultants operating across all development sectors. The Group is recognised for its depth of knowledge, breadth of experience and for providing clear, pragmatic and commercial advice and support in navigating and managing the planning process – from the inception of a proposal through to advocacy – in order to secure the optimal outcome. Identified in the Planning Law Survey as one of the fastest growing planning teams over two consecutive years and ranked as 16th largest in the country we are a passionate and ambitious team with a solid strategy for growth. The Role The existing Planning Consultancy practice operates nationally from offices in Nottingham and London and is led by Paul Brailsford (National Head of Planning and Environment), Mark Harris (Partner) and Mark Bassett (Director) with experience across all development sectors and both a varied and extensive client base. Having now established a team in Bristol comprising both planning and environmental lawyers (working alongside a rapidly growing real estate practice) we are keen to add planning consultancy to the offering and are looking to recruit a senior Director/Partner to join the team and build a market leading consultancy practice in the region with support from the wider Group.
