As a Project Planning and Controls Specialist, you’ll be part of a team delivering power quality projects across the region. You will take ownership of planning and control activities on selected workstreams while collaborating closely with project managers and senior planners. How you’ll make an impact Develop and maintain project schedules for delivery projects. Prepare, update, and analyze current and forecasted schedules. Monitor project costs, resources, and risks, supporting timely decision-making. Identify potential delays and support mitigation actions together with project teams. Prepare reports and analyses such as S-curves, OTD, earned value, and critical path. Proactively highlight deviations and risks to project managers. Collaborate with project leadership to apply and improve Project Controls practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning, scheduling, and execution. Your background You bring around 4–6 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling and Project Controls, ideally in engineering, EPC, or project-driven environments. Good working knowledge of Earned Value Analysis and S-curves; experience with Primavera P6 is highly valued. Strong skills in Excel and MS Office. Structured, organized, and able to manage priorities independently. Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English and Spanish.
