Planning & Coordination Executive (PIMO Department)   Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field. Experience:   Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field with project coordination, planning, or operations monitoring.   Roles & Responsibilities:  Planning & Scheduling * Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines  * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project activities  * Ensure resource planning and allocation support  Coordination & Communication * Act as a central point of coordination between departments and stakeholders  * Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes  * Ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and changes  Monitoring & Reporting * Track project progress against milestones and deliverables  * Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and status reports  * Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks; escalate when required  * Maintain dashboards and project tracking tools  Operational Support * Support implementation activities and ensure adherence to processes  * Assist in procurement coordination, logistics, and vendor follow-ups  * Ensure compliance with internal policies and project standards  Documentation & Compliance * Maintain accurate project documentation and records  * Ensure proper filing of contracts, reports, and approvals  * Support audits and internal reviews
