Description

1. Demand Planning จัดทำและบริหาร Demand Forecast ร่วมกับทีม Sales, Marketing และ Product Development วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มยอดขาย โปรโมชั่น และ Seasonality เพื่อเพิ่ม Forecast Accuracy ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ Forecast Accuracy พร้อมจัดทำ Action Plan เพื่อปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2. Supply Planning จัดทำ Supply Plan ให้สอดคล้องกับ Demand Forecast และกำลังการผลิตของโรงงาน OEM วางแผนการสั่งซื้อ Finished Goods และประสานงานกับ Procurement และ Import Team บริหาร Lead Time และ Capacity ของ Supplier เพื่อให้สินค้าพร้อมจำหน่ายตามแผน 3. Inventory Management บริหาร Inventory ตามนโยบายของบริษัท Existing SKU = 3 Weeks Cover NPD = 5 Weeks Cover ลด Over Stock, Out of Stock, Slow Moving และ Near Expiry วิเคราะห์และกำหนด Safety Stock ให้เหมาะสม 4. S&OP Process เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบกระบวนการ S&OP ของบริษัท ประสานงานระหว่าง Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Procurement และ Supply Chain จัดทำ Dashboard และรายงานเพื่อใช้ในการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร 5. Performance & Continuous Improvement ติดตาม KPI ด้าน Planning และ Inventory วิเคราะห์ Root Cause และผลักดันการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน พัฒนาระบบและเครื่องมือด้าน Planning เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของธุรกิจ Qualifications ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Demand Planning, Supply Planning หรือ Inventory Planning อย่างน้อย 5 ปี มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ FMCG, Food & Beverage หรือ Consumer Goods มีประสบการณ์บริหาร Forecast, Inventory และการเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่ (NPD) มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน Demand Planning, Supply Planning และ Inventory Management , S&OP และ Forecast Planning สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและใช้ Excel ระดับสูงได้ / สามารถใช้ ERP (SAP) และ Dashboard/Power BI ได้ มีความรู้ด้าน Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, Safety Stock และ Inventory Weeks Cover เข้าใจการบริหารสินค้าที่มี Shelf Life และ Lead Time / เข้าใจการวางแผนร่วมกับโรงงาน OEM และการนำเข้าสินค้า

Responsibilities

Manage demand and supply planning to optimize forecast accuracy and ensure product availability through OEM coordination. Lead the S&OP process and manage inventory levels to minimize overstock and out-of-stock situations.
