JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop, maintain, and report the project schedule (Primavera P6) to drive on-time delivery across engineering, procurement, and site execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Civil/Construction Engineering (or related).
• 3–5 years planning experience on building/interiors/infrastructure projects.
• Strong hands-on Primavera P6; good MS Project/Excel.
• Solid grasp of CPM, baselining/re-baselining, progress measurement, EVM.
• Exposure to delay/EOT per recognized methods is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication; stakeholder coordination skills.

• Build and maintain the CPM baseline in P6 (WBS, logic, durations, milestones) and set update/reporting cycles.
• Prepare resource/cost-loaded schedules; produce S-curves, manpower histograms, and cash-flow; monitor critical path/float.
• Issue weekly/monthly updates, analyze variances, and propose recovery/mitigation actions with 1–3 week look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to remove constraints and protect key milestones.
• Keep contemporaneous records and support EOT/time-impact analyses when required.
• Prepare client-ready dashboards and participate in progress/risk/change-control meetings.
