Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
- Preparing schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
- Resource and Manpower planning and management
- Developing and updating resources (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
- Inspect and monitor on-site work daily
- Participate in all meetings (Schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)
- Record/Document weekly progress meeting help with client, consultants and sub-contractors
- Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
- Developing contract and construction programmes and construction project plans
