Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
  • Preparing schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
  • Resource and Manpower planning and management
  • Developing and updating resources (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
  • Inspect and monitor on-site work daily
  • Participate in all meetings (Schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)
  • Record/Document weekly progress meeting help with client, consultants and sub-contractors
  • Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
  • Developing contract and construction programmes and construction project plans
